Terms
Terms of service
The short version: you own your data, pay for what you use after the trial, and use the service lawfully. Last updated July 13, 2026.
The service
RouteDeck provides lead routing, delivery, and CRM software as a subscription. Plans, quotas, and prices are listed on the pricing page and can change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.
Trials and billing
New workspaces start with a 30-day trial. No payment method is required to start, and a trial that is not converted simply expires. Paid plans bill monthly.
Your data
The leads, contacts, and records in your workspace are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service: storing, processing, and delivering that data as the product is designed to do. You can export your data and leave at any time.
Acceptable use
Use RouteDeck only with lead data you have the legal right to process, including valid consent where the law requires it. Sending spam, processing data obtained unlawfully, or attempting to break workspace isolation ends the agreement immediately.
Availability
We work to keep RouteDeck available and your data safe, including backups and monitoring, but the service is provided as-is without a formal uptime guarantee at this stage. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel anytime; the workspace stays available through the end of the paid period. We can suspend or end service for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you get a window to export your data before deletion.
The fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which RouteDeck is established. Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months before a claim. This document is a working draft and will be refined with counsel; material changes will be announced in the product.
